How the product is useful to you? Well then here is a short tour of our howlite crystal. Occurrence and History You would wonder how the name has been assigned for this crystal. Around 19 the century, the miners in Canada found that there are some strong mineral ores that were competing with their usual work. It disturbed them a lot while mining. Hence the Nova Scotia chemist named Henry How analyzed its properties and named Howlite. It is a borate ore that is present along with the gypsum mines. It is much harder than gypsum and people working in the mines found it hard to break these particles. It is stronger than gypsum. It has appeared in the nodular forms like cauliflower heads. It has the appearance of white marble and its lustrous nature makes it a jewel contented material.
